Wii

Nigel brought his Wii set to our house since he will be in Singapore for 5 weeks. Besides Eugene and myself, Meredith enjoyed herself too. We even have the thought of getting a set. Good form of exercise for people who are "lazy" like me.

My Darling Girl Has Grown Up!

As usual, I was going through Meredith's school bag to ensure that her colour pencils and pencils are sharpen. Found that half of her eraser was missing and started questioning her.

What happened???

She told me she was naughty in class and her teacher May Fen had thrown it away. She was not paying attention in class, following her classmates using colour pencils to poke into the eraser. That annoyed her teacher so she thrown it away. "Hello ... Teacher May Fen, that eraser cost $1.50!!!! you thrown away ... aiya.."

I did not reprimand Meredith but asked her not do it again and she gave me her promise.

Did not know that this incident hurt Meredith until I told my mother-in-law about it in Mandarin. Meredith understood it, she said "Mummy, don't tell other people about it" I was shocked to hear that and apologise to her. Guess, she felt embarrassed.

She has really grown up.

Sleep through the Night

Hooray, Keegan managed to sleep through the night without waking up for milk since 2 weeks ago. We made it.

Although he did not wake up for milk, he will still cry for a while and stopped. If he cried too loud, instead of carrying him or feed him milk, I gave him pacifier and it works. He was being pacified and went back to sleep in less than a minute. Sometimes, he will suck his thumb.

My friends have been asking how did we train him? Actually, it is brain programming ... after his last feed at 10 pm, I will talk to him, " good night, sleep through the night and wake up tomorrow at 7 am for milk milk. I know you are make it." That's what we did for Meredith too.

Anyway, I still have to wake up to express milk at 3.30 am. Well, 3 more months to go ... and I shall stop breastfeeding.
